Favorite Quote #5

I could quote this woman all day.  She was a brilliant and beautiful person.  Some say she died too young, I say she died when she wanted to.  I don’t think she was ever meant to be old.

As a mom, I sometimes find myself to be a little boring.  The once wild and care free me is now worried about anything causing my children to be motherless.  But it’s all part of my imperfections and my madness.

I am linking up this quote with the lovely Becky and Cuddle Fairy for her fabulous linky #candidcuddles.  Pop on over and link up with her if you get a chance.  She’s a hostess with the mostest.  She also has a wonderful linky guide for those of you who are wondering how you link to one…you can read it here.

I am a mother of 5, a wife to 1, and a fully certified domesticated momster who likes to blog about motherhood, marriage, and anything else that pops into my crazy head all with a side of sarcasm and a glass of wine.

  1. That’s a great quote! It’s a really freeing thought to just be yourself, and be a bit crazy. Like you said, as a mom there’s extra responsibilities. But, we can still have fun and be silly 🙂 Thank you for the lovely mention and links!! You’re such a great friend. Thank you for linking up with #candidcuddles xx

    1. By the way I have been trying to comment on your favorite linkys post but it’s not working from my phone so I will do it from the computer later but I wanted you to know how much I truly appreciate you including me in that 🙂 thank you thank you thank you!

  2. I completely agree! It’s always better to be a little quirky than flat out boring. When we become moms, it’s almost a given that we lose a bit of our “wild side.” We have little people depending on us to be there for and take care of them! Thank you for linking up with #candidcuddles! 🙂
