This recipe is so easy that it only takes 4 ingredients. Yep you heard me 4. You can make it 3 ingredients if there are people in your household that are
weirdos strange and don’t like cilantro.
- 1 pkg (10 or 16 count) of flour “burrito” size tortillas
- 2 pkgs of softened cream cheese.
- 1 pkg of sliced ham sandwich meat
- 1 bunch of Cilantro
The kids and I planted a garden a couple weeks ago. We have two boxes that my husband built. One we planted with herbs and the other with tomatoes and various peppers. **starts trailing off in thought**
Meanwhile, back to the recipe…
Take a tortilla and spread a good layer of cream cheese onto the entire tortilla. Don’t be stingy with it…forget the damn calories and just spreeeaaaad.
Add a couple slices of the ham down the center of the tortilla.
Sprinkle the cilantro down the middle.
Roll the tortilla up and then place finished ones on a plate in the fridge until the cream cheese has hardened again.
Take them out and slice them to make little bite side roll ups.
You can also use the spinach tortillas to add some color if serving them for a get together.
My kids love these! And they are so easy to make. No cooking and no mess.
