Favorite Quote #9

Favorite Quote Henry Ford

This is one of my husband’s favorite quotes and through him, I have grown fond of it as well.  It’s all about your attitude and how easily you are willing to give up.  Henry Ford is also known to have said “If I would have asked people what they wanted, they would have just said ‘faster horses’.”

It’s all about following through with your idea and believing in yourself that you can conquer whatever you put your mind to.  The mind is a glorious place.

  1. That’s a great quote! Much better than the usual Henry Ford one, “You can have any colour you like as long as it’s black”. Hope you’re having a lovely day. Belated 4th July greetings!

  2. I absolutely believe that your mindset is everything. If you’ve got a negative attitude about something, it’s more than likely going to turn out horribly. If your thinking positive and uplifting thoughts and having faith, things just seem to work out for the best. Tell your hubby that I love this quote, too! Never heard it until today, and I’m glad you shared it! Thanks so much for linking up with #candidcuddles, Trista! Xx

    1. Thank you Katie :o) He uses it quite often with our teenagers. My husband is a very glass half full type of guy for the most part. With a little dose of stubborn as well ;o) Thanks again for hosting the wonderful #candidcuddles

  3. Love this! I totally agree that your mindset is everything. If you go around thinking you can’t – then that is the truth! There is no way to move forward thinking that way. Thanks so much for sharing this with #candidcuddles and for linking up every week! x
