SunRype Produces gluten free vegan kosher energy

SunRype Products Review

SunRype gluten free vegan kosher energy

I was contacted by the lovely Shelley Carter with SunRype Products and asked if I would be interested in trying out a couple of their new products.

Fruit & Chia bars which are completely Gluten and Peanut free as well as Vegan and certified Kosher.  These bars are made using whole grain gluten-free oats and fruit.  They have two flavor options, Apple Cinnamon and Mango Twist.  They are a great source of vital nutrients such as magnesium, phosphorus, fiber, and omega 3 fatty acids.

Next is the Energy bars.  These bars contain 7g of plant protein.  They are also Gluten and Peanut free as well as Vegan.  The bars are a great source of Iron and fiber.  They come in two flavor combinations as well. Chocolate Coconut and Raspberry Chocolate flavors.

Now I have a family that loves to grab a granola bar for a snack and I have even spent time in the kitchen making my own just so that I know exactly what is being put into them.  But sometimes I just don’t have time for that and honestly I don’t like baking.

So I put them to the test with three teenagers (one who happens to have Celiac disease) and my 3 littles.  And of course myself.  The taste testing result was as follows:

Two teenage boys said they were good but had a strange texture.  (They are sticky so not crumbly like the granola bars that they are used to).

Teenager with Celiac disease said they were really good and that she would eat them again.

My 3 littles LOVED them.  They wanted more as a snack later.

And I thought they were tasty as well.  I would gladly take them on the go or eat one for breakfast as I am not a big breakfast eater but will usually try to get at least some calories going in my body.  They are small sized bars but surprisingly filling.

I would gladly purchase this product.

If you are interested in buying them you can click here to find a list of grocery stores that carries them.

You can also order them by the case online here.

For more information and a full list of products you can visit there website here.

I want to thank Shelley for giving me the opportunity to work with her and in doing so, I have found a delicious alternative to some of the granola and protein bars that I currently purchase.

  1. These bars sound right up my alley! Gluten free and with chia! I love imbibing chia in this format, in liquids it tends to expand really quickly. Thanks for this excellent review! I will look for them! #momsterlink

    1. I was quite surprised at the size box they sent me and my little ones gobbled them up! The hubby liked the fruit and chia ones and took one for lunch everyday. I am going to order a case from Amazon as they are inexpensive and a lot healthier ingredients then the ones I currently buy.

  2. When I first saw this post, I thought: hmmm…most granola bars taste like shit according to my teenagers. No.1 daughter makes her own, and the rest of them are hyper critical. So when I saw your honest review: strange texture, I though, ok, this is for real. A great review 🙂 Alison x #momsterslink

    1. I always write honest reviews. I don’t want to lie to my readers and it only hurts the company if I lie and then someone purchases the product and is dissatisfied. Comes back on me. My littles couldn’t stay out of them though. Loved them! Thanks for linking and committing love!
